Is There a Difference Between Inbound and Outbound Connections?

Every note has a finite number of connections on the inbound side it, excepti just sum all of those up. This explains the hesitancy that developers have had to increase the number of outbound connections in an attack scenario. It's an easy way to increase your partition resistance is adding more connections. But it's been yearsand this hasn't been a problem for a long timebut it still, i think, drives decisions around a number of connections. And so that's where erley really comes in,. Without going into too much detail, without increasing bandwith with erley deployed, it would be more reasonable for people to increased the number of imbound connections a node can have
