Avon - Is Failure the Key to Success?

i wonder whether you saw a different opportunity and a necessary bold set of transitions, both for the brand, for the distribution channel. And i think it was sort of seeing the opportunity with fresh eyes, with a courage to make some very bold changes, that landed me the job. Ant in thos first few years at avon, you had incredible success. I'm just year after year of growth, um and a lot of really good press coveragea but  the lesson learned there was, cut your losses quickly. De we just said, you know what, isn't going to work, and we can hamerage more money on this. But that doesn't make any sense whatever
