Long Duration Space Flight - Changes in Blood Biomarkers

New research shows effects of long-term space travel on the brain. Scientists analyzed blood samples taken from five russian cosmonots before and then after they completed their six month mission on the space station. They used a technology called molecule array testing, which is neat. It's a technique sensitive enough to detect proteins at the pemptogram per millileter levela pemptogram.
