Taiki: I have a system that works fairly well for me, which is, i assign very constrained windows to deal with my email. And then outside of that time, i completely put it away. Taiki: My kind of operation is, like part of my weekly review  is getting through this at the pace i do. It's more natural, too, than a just reaching out out of the blue.
