The King of Assyria
Hezekiah was the opposite of his father, ahaz. He worshipped god and that he was not so keen on ssyrians. Seacarib would inherit an incredibly strong assyria with its capital at nineveh initia. Senacerib's reign would require him to go directly to babylon and appease a situation. Many israelites deported from israel.
