The Life of a Composer
A true composer probably made a living, or at least some money, off composing. Larson would write music, send it to theatre, television and film producers but get back rejection letters in the dock no day. He believed if young people didn't start lining up for tickets, his beloved art form might die. Larsen pitched little ditties to childrens shows like sesame street, and some of his songs made it into the series. One of which actually got produced.
