Social Democracies

Even the greatest achievements of reformists would not have been possible without revolutionaries knocking on the door. The ruling class, in their pragmatism, they understand amoment of piqued revolutionary activity. And that's what happened with these european social democracies. If it wasn't for the soviet union, they wouldn't havee participated in this social democratic experiment. But at least in idonwant t speak for you guys, but at least in my eyes, a reform should be seen as a tool which can show the local population just how much needs to actually be done.
