Deep Belly Breathing as an Anchor

Our emotions are impermanent. The feelings, they com only go. Sometimes some feelings stay much longer. But it is also the nature of impermanence. And when you have these superintense emotions and feelings, come back to your deep belly and breathe with it. Let the emotion be guided by your breathing. Don't wait unto you are overwhelmed and into your strong emotion to practice, because that is when it's too late. You have to do it now. So don't just see it as a life jacket, but see it a companion for you in this whole journey.
