I've Read a Lot of Biographies of Achievable Leaders

I've read quite a few biographies of accomplished leaders. And I think that's another great way to understand leadership styles and see different leadership types in action. So one of my favorite books is a book written by Robert Gates, who is the former Secretary of Defense here in the United States under President Bush and Obama. He wrote a book called Duty. It talks about his time as Secretary of Defense but really gives you some great insights into how he leads. These kind of things really, very interesting.
