The Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia
The congress of the league of communists of yugoslavia was held in january 90. The meeting devolved into a heated argument between the slovinian and serbian delegations. Slovania, supported by croatia, wanted less centralization and more autonomy. Serbia, on the other hand, wanted a one person, one vote policy. Slobidon milosevich headed the serbian delegation.
