Do you think they have an understanding of the impact the energy transition will have on their lives? No. We're only at the beginning of a process where even the leaders are able to adjust their economic models. I think it's going to be very difficult for a public that is not actually politically engaged. The Middle East is perhaps one of the least prepared regions for a digital transformation, he says.
