Crafting Magic: The Art of Candles and Spells

It's not every day you get to chat to a real life, modern day witch and my conversation with Semra Haksever @mamamooncandles is something I'll never forget.

Semra describes herself as an eclectic witch, intuitive, healer and empath and I love her description of what a witch is:

“A witch is a woman who emerges from deep within herself. She is a woman who has honestly explored her light and learned to celebrate her darkness. She is a woman who is able to fall in love with the magnificent possibilities of her power. She is a woman who radiates mystery. She is magnetic. She is a witch.”

During the episode we talk about Semra's journey to becoming a witch and why embracing our own inner witch might be the best thing we can do. We chat about owning our power, expressing ourselves and how magical life is when you really stop and think about all the wonderful things we encounter on a daily basis.
