How Much Sugar and Salt Do You Consume Daily?
How much is consumed by the average Indian and are we in general consuming more than what is healthy for us? I think that's a difficult question to answer like this because all these things depend on who you are, where you place, what kind of work you do. But if you look at the NIN handbook for all these things, the National Institute of Nutrition, they give you daily limits for everything. So those limits would be there for most micronutrients, but just now we're tending to focus on the most obvious and the most dangerous ones, which are fat, sugar and salt.
