I've heard it expressed that there is a slavish devotion to youth, perhaps even more so in the digital age when everybody's perhaps over concerned about the shiny new thing. I just wondered what your thoughts on despite the evidence to the contrary, why those, why these ages in still exist. Because in a male dominated industry, men desperately want to be younger. Women don't care as much, by the way. And so, and so men want to,. that the men who lead our industry regrettably think that younger is better than older people.
