I've been on my wellness journey we'll call it for 17 years now I really kind of have this light switch go off in my mind when I was about 19 20 years old. always say you know n equals one well for someone who hates statistics I'm using a lot of stats references to it but it's be a study of one and when you do that it's it never ceases to amaze me. There's also a common perception that the reason we're so distracted when we use our devices is due to the notifications that we get and to our own lack of willpowerNow I'm not disputing that right I think more so the latter than the former.
