Is It Better to Buy a Building That's Bombed Out?

Most of what you're buying hasn't been touched for decades or years. Do you buy stuff that somebody had lived in a year before? It varies. The average vacancy by the time we buy is probably 25 yearsas normally it people have been long gone, or they're living there illegally and very weird conditions net or something. But yet, the condition we come across is, i could be totally bombed out, theye was ell, like joysts and brick walls,. And then somewhere like a time capsle, you haven’t been touched in sevent years, and it's all the original doors, original floors, trim, you know, crown moulding, all the stuff.
