Researchers have studied climate change through restaurant menus. They wanted to test the claim that rising water temperatures will have effects throughout the food chain. In vancouver restaurants, jumbo squid were kind of creeping in. Chefs had pretty much ignored them before the 19 nineties,. But since then, they're becoming much more common as the squid move into warming waters.
