What a Different Society to Live In

i've read a bit about the, the, the old jesuit order in like, the 16 hundreds yof te franciscans at the same time. It's interesting just how different you can see cultures in the west being given in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. I mean, even if you don't end up taking the path yourself, say you're the eldest son, you actually do just kind of go through the, you know, so to speak, like the curses honora and live the life they's expected of you.
