Is There a Camera With Light?

It seems that most things that we're perceiving were actually preceded by a projection from the same camera. I think this camera can be used a lot of ways. One way it projects and then the next way it perceives. It looks like it's seeing something outside that's real but I believe it's also the vehicle with a projection poster.
