Is Microdosing Work in the Mba?

I just think it's, it's something that yon do no harm, the idea of microdosing. I'm trying to build like mat like max strength, by doing a little bit every day,. Like easy strength, like in two by five or three by three of some lift 60 80%. But at the same time, you know what, with how monotonous the mba season is. So i think the monotony of microdosed in that way probably wouldn't fit grate in the mba.
