Is Thisid Diaretic a Good Choice for Hypertension?

Chlorthal done is great because of its longer half life, better than the hydro chlorthyside in my personal practice. And dapomite is another good one, especially if we're dealing with somebody that's normotensive and doesn't really have high blood pressure. If i can't get there simply by reducing sodium intake and reducing protein intake then that is the time where i would use athysid diaretic. I kind of have an arbitrary cut off. Id like to see hyper calciuria, or urine values of calcium that are less than 200, less than one 50 in sum.
