The Importance of Resilience in Organizations

I want to look right at you, see my eyes there they are, and say thank you. Because over time and through lots of effort, because change is hard, we've created an environment where this conversation has become normalized. I got a comment just yesterday in my three and a half hour airport weight from a large company who said, I actually think the way we manage safety is the right way. And that's good, that's valuable. But with it comes some pitfalls. If we have an opportunity and you can gut through this, I think it's worth it.
