Resonant Frequency Breathing - Is That What I'm Hearing?

A lot of it is definitely like an add-on or an adjunctive, something that we can include. A new research study found that a lot of individuals don't have that one-to-one phase of resonance breathing in order to optimize HRV. And so I kind of like combined three different things all into one. It's much more of a light, low and slow breathing that you're using when practicing either deep breathing or resonance frequency breathing.
