Project Interdependencies - The One That Got Away

I think sometimes in some organizations, we have an aversion to telling people that something is more important than another thing. Even if the conversation might be uncomfortable or yeah, might bruise some egos along the way, but it doesn't mean that other projects aren't important. To your earlier point, they're just not as important when they come to a head. That's why we're doing them. We don't work on stuff that's not important. Those are the things that I think often maybe just speaking of my own experience, those are theThings that perhaps get forgotten. Absolutely.
