The Role of Leaders in Psychological Safety

Leaders have a role in going first loudly and often about this, right? To say, hey, this is an almost mistake that I just made. This is what we're going to do about it. And then really, that safety where we feel we can report that we don't have to try and cover things up. We feel comfortable knowing that this is a non punitive environment. That's much easier said than done, but it's something you got to work on every day.
