Allan johns pleaded guilty to charges around mishandling classified information. At the point at which these charges are levelled, this is all kept secret from the public. The only reason that any of this came to light was when journalists saw security guards standing outside a court back in 20 18, 20 19. And so they made inquiries, what's going on? And they eventually got a note back, not from the chief justice, but from another judge, justice john burns.
