Reform Is Necessary, but Politically Impossible
I think it's eroding the long term viability of the system. You're eroding incentives at the very base level. The incentive to work versus the incentive to not work. That's doing harm. Reform is necessary, but politically, it is next to impossible to implement it. I could see that the guys who do foreign policy had in mind to break America's relationship with China.
