When we were cooling patient, sometimes they needed more drugs to keep them from shivering. If you can allow the temperature to rise up to 37 point five, usually that's ot a big deal. My preference is to keep these folks on like some probopa may belle, but its exmetatominy and maybe a touch of pain dose cademine. But like, avoid any sort of long acting medication.
