Whenever You Eat This Bread and Drink This Cup, You Proclame the Lord's Death

Whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes. Jesus says in remembrance of me, but there's a phrase whenever you do it. That little phrase is not present in the gospel account. In other words, what it looks like Paul's done there is he's assuming that the thing that Jesus did the night before he was executed has now become a weekly rhythm.
