How to Meditate in the Sauna

I've heard you talk with Bengriva actually about breath work in the sauna. What I do is just humming. My main is slow rhythm of extended exhalation and humming. And that gets you into really deep meditative state. So if you breathe in for four out for eight and then hum. Do that several times until you feel a bit of a charge and then boom, hum for as long as you can. It's easier when you're trying to tolerate heat stress. We may track specifically for this.
