The Benefits of Wealth Maximization in Ancient Greece

In ancient Greece wealth was seen as a sketchy, dirty, sorted thing. Wealth provided so many benefits in ancient Greece that people have argued against profit and wealth maximization. People at the very top don't want to sort of visibly be engaging in profit oriented activities on the market because this makes it looks like they don't have as much money as they actually do. The dynamics of what we see happening up at the top and the most wealthy people are much more complicated than what people have argued in the past.
