i was so locked on my data dayon my daily task, and i had to do for 75 hard that i had it down to the t. I'd literally wake up start chugging water. The only thing i couldn't control exactly what time i got off work. Id be ezekiel bread a avocato, eggs, tastely that and e protein shake. And then again, get off work, whether i did cardio or lift id, i'd get home do that.
