The third generation of sale skills starts with business acumen. If you can see the target, you're much more likely to hit it. And then leadership tends to be a skill that salespeople need to have. That's a much higher level skill to develop. It means that i have to own outcomes. I have to be accountable for things and make sure they get done. Changing an individual is problematic. Changing an organization is extraordinarily problematic. There's a lot of ing parts there.
