The Environmental Justice Considerations of the Gas Infera Structure
Last week during the commission's monthly open meeting, the commission ultimately decided to allow the project to keep its certificate and didn't impose any sort of penalties on the project. But thing we saw that was different then in meetings passed, was the firk majority all agreed that the environmental justice considerations of this station warranted at least a closer look by firk. And some of them even questioned whether the facility should have been approved in the first place. That has big implications for how these things are sighted moving forward.
