When he's talking about when he says it ain't no truth or day, he's trying to say that this is not a game. They are coming for you. Your life is, is at risk here. And then truth or day is a game that people play. Here he again uses that sort of double negative ain't no. But the words is do kick you, then they'll be true, then they will tell you it's fair. I was just inventing words to kind of try to emulate what he was doing here. Why? Because the way he sings it is very like staccato. It matches really well with the tone of the song.
