I love that. It's like starting really starting from a place of power and then adding in the speed endurance as as needed as tolerated versus. As they're capable. I think it was actually mentally getting over that too. We're like, Oh, like the four by four. It's so much lactate and it's going to mess you up. But when you get the group there, the way you perceive it, it just kind of changes things. And it doesn't make me think, you know, this is a track. Or it's an episode, but I imagine there's probably a lot of options too.
