When Widgets first came out, I just happened to be one of the first people to get a widget through into TestFlight before Apple pushed a bug or something that prevented widgets from working. It was all sorts of Reddit conversation in people they work with are, like, analyzing it,. And it was like, this is kind of fascinating. Obviously, that was a fluke and luck. But if you have no following already, you haven't built up a name recognition or anything like that. That is a good way to get in there, especially if you can get in some of those lists that they build. They'll reuse those lists throughout the year in the App Store.
