It was more common in the late 19th century and early 20th century. In India at the moment, they're trying to change the time by shifting this certain area of India by 30 minutes forward. But everyone's petrified of it because they're saying it's going to cause chaos. It just made me think that daylight savings is a thing that we all just very, we just do it.
