The Best Format for Conversations

I think the best format is a long, long conversation between two people with maybe a moderator or a few people. And it's so highly emotional that moment watching is like, wow, this is so highly emotionally charged. I not tell you what I think the entire conversation comes down to towards the end in terms of my thoughts. But it just it doesn't seem like it's the most conducive way to have these conversations at all.
