The Importance of Teaching
I think I learned 99.9% of everything that it means to be a teacher and all of my teaching skills when I got the job, he says. There is no replacement for doing the job but you need strong subject knowledge in like the basics before going into your first year. The basic English amass curriculum and science are almost an, you know, your basic pedagogy. It's not either or it can be both, right? Yeah, definitely, rather than taking it away from them and just showing them that it's about making everyone feel good.
