Ru's History and Culture

Now Ru has been dominated by australia ever since it was captured during the first world war. Now Ru's population fell from 1400 to just 900 people as a result of infighting and civil war in 1878 until 1888. In 1900 phosphate was discovered on the island and the Germans ripped as much of it as they could out of the ground.
