How to Build Trust in a Virtual Team

A lot of what it takes to be a good product manager is being trusted by the organization. When you're joining a team or joining an organization, in order to set that foundation of trust, talk about early wins. Giving people little commitments that you can deliver on even the next 24 hours and doing that repeatedly in your first few weeks is one of the best ways to accelerate that.
