Can I Build Affordable Housing in My Neighborhood?
When you propose to build more affordable housing, you run into people who don't want it built in their neighborhood. How much of that change in municipalities has to come from the grass roots level? I think there is a couple of things tat first, when there are these sort of zoning variances, that it would help if, ah, you know, if local neighbors would sort of fight for this.
