What Are You Holding on to That You Don't Want to Give Up?

Kasl: I and i think it's having a hard look at ourselves. What am i holding on to that i don't want to give up, that i need to move forward in this conversation? Because it is us. And because i care about my neighbor and i care about them thriving and loving them. So if we give them understanding, then they can navigate o the noise that's going to come their way.
