Would a Soul in Purgatory Kill Someone?
Santiago also did good things for people, like where he helped the one group find water. So that would show he was in purgatory, right? Well, don't itproves it? Because a damned soul doesn't have to be evil in everything it does. It might do something objectively good, even though its motives wouldn't be from the kind of supernatural love that the damned lack. He didn't actually kill the smuggler. But could a soul inp tory ever intend to kill some one, if the person is a murderer that they are trying to kill? I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility.
