Biden's Foreign Policy Is Largely Indistinguishable From Trump's

Noam Chomsky: We should be clear that terrible war crimes are happening right now in Ukraine. There have been rapes of children, there has been the systematic targeting of civilian infrastructure. Maternity hospitals have been bombed. Prisoners of war are reported to have been beheaded. So I think maybe one thing that the invasion of Ukraine shows is that I think Biden approaches this crisis quite differently to Trump. It's very hard to say because Trump is a loose cannon.
