Before starting ZeroX, Emir was a trader at DRW for about four or five years. He says he caught the Bitcoin bug while working there and wanted to get into crypto full time. A coworker introduced him to Will who had been building out tokenized options. But they quickly discovered that you couldn't really create tokenized options without having a place to trade them.
