Necro Writer Action Cards - Once Per Agenda Phase
Once per agenda phase after an agenda is revealed, you may predict the outcome of that agenda. If your prediction is correct, gain one technology that is owned by a player who voted how you predicted. So it is just like the writer action cards with the extra caveat that you only copy tech from the people who voted the way you predicted. It's a great way to get free tech without exhausting anything. You just use this ability notably here. Once per agenda phase means between the two agendas, you have to pick one.
