Japan in 1952 Was Not China in 19 Forty Nine

A factional revolution within the japanese communist party led to a pro common form, anti american wing of the party taking control. The result was a brief attempt ate lution by the Japans communists with most of the actions involving things like throwing malatov cocktails at police boxes. By 19 55, a more moderate wing of theparty took control and renounced violent revolution. But the communists would remain on the electoral outs for quite a while. They won one seat in 19 58, and the dictment in question then defected to the socialists and picked up only three in the post enpo 19 60 election.
