The Case of Tanya Romethy
Tanya Hallavelle-Romethy was sentenced to 15 years in absentia for terrorism. She says he traveled to Oman on a Turkish passport, but that tripped up the system. He had to pay bail and then disappeared; his family has not been told where he's been sent. Tanya: The Emirati State News Agency reported that Romethy had been received in the United Arab Emirates.
